Recipe
- Turn on the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken, salt, black pepper, garlic, and chopped onion to the pan and fry for a few minutes until they turn white.
- Then add a tablespoon of onion salsa and stir. Let them cook on the heat.
- Put two handfuls of tortilla chips in the baking tray. Place a layer of chicken on top. Then add half of the cheese, onion, tomato, and parsley. Repeat the same steps with the rest of the ingredients.
- Put them in the oven for 15 minutes until cooked.
- After cooling a little, pour onion salsa on top as desired and finally serve with sour cream and avocado.
