First, mix the minced meat, breadcrumbs and grated onion that has been drained well and knead the ingredients well for 2 minutes until they are completely mixed together and become a paste.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until smooth, then add milk, pepper, salt, Italian spices, garlic and onion powder and mix well until they are completely mixed. -
Add the prepared liquid to the meat mixture and stir well and knead until it is out of the watery state and completely absorbed by the meat dough, this combination causes the ingredients to stick together and prevents the meatloaf from falling apart.
Add half of delveseh ketchup sauce to the makhloud and stir -
For meatloaf rolls, mix delveseh ketchup and delveseh barbecue sauce in a small bowl.

Wet your hands a little and cut the meat into a small oval shape and place it on the oven tray.
