Ingredients

  • Beef steak Beef steak : 1 kg
  • Fresh chopped garlic Fresh chopped garlic : 5 cloves
  • Mustard powder Mustard powder : 1 teaspoon
  • Sweet tomato paste Sweet tomato paste : 1 tbsp
  • Apple vinegar Apple vinegar : 1 cup
  • ketchup sauce ketchup sauce : 2 tbsp
  • Thyme powder Thyme powder : 1 teaspoon
  • chilithai sauce chilithai sauce : 4 tbsp
  • bbq sauce bbq sauce : 3 tbsp
  • Onion Onion : 2 number
  • Carrots Carrots : 3 number
  • Potato Potato : 300 gr
  • Olive oil Olive oil : as much as needed
  • Salt and pepper Salt and pepper : as much as needed

Recipe

  1.  First, put the meat steak in the pan until both sides of the meat become brown, then put the meat aside and fry fresh garlic with mustard powder and tomato paste, then add apple cider vinegar and ketchup.
  2.  Now we return the browned meat steak to the pot and add the onions along with thyme and chilithi sauce and some water and wait until the pot mixture boils.
  3.   Set the oven at 160 degrees Celsius and put the pot in it for 2 hours After 2 hours, add the potatoes, carrots and bbq sauce to the pot and leave it in the oven for another 2 hours.
  4.  After it is fully cooked, cut the meat and put it together with the vegetables in a serving dish, your smoked brisket is ready.
