Recipe
- Season the steak well with salt and pepper, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- Heat the grill to high heat (you can also use a large cast iron skillet). Place the steak on a pan and lightly coat with oil. Grill the steak on the hottest part of the grill for about 5 minutes or until a nice crust forms. Flip it over and continue cooking until cooked through, about 5 to 10 minutes more for medium (time will vary depending on the thickness of your skirt steak). Remove the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice the steak thinly.
- To make the tacos, spoon the avocado cream onto a warm tortilla. Top with a few steak pieces and a tablespoon of the Delosa BBQ Tomato Salsa. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and chopped cilantro. And enjoy with fresh lemon.
